Remember recess? Running around with your friends, picking teams and playing just because it was fun? We think adults deserve that too. This league is an excuse to get outside, meet our neighbors and play again.

Who Can Play?
- Adult coed recreational league.
- Game-day rule: 10 players is the standard minimum to start and finish a game, with a minimum of 3 women.
- A team may start with as few as 8 players and still play an official game. With 8 players, the team takes an automatic out in the 9th batting spot; with 9 players, no automatic out.
- Women: minimum 3 women in the batting order and field. Teams may play with 2 women if they take an out in the 10th batting spot and use 7 or fewer men in the field.
- Previously discussed 15-player / 6-women roster-building goal can be used as an organizational recommendation only if DOZA still wants it; it is not the game-day minimum in the official rules.

The league is capped at 8 teams.
All games are played at Futbol 5 in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
The regular season runs 7 weeks. Teams play two back-to-back games each week and play every other team twice. Week 8 is a single-elimination tournament intended to be completed in one night.
The standard minimum is 10 players with at least 3 women. An official game may begin with as few as 8 players, subject to the batting-order penalties in the league rules.
Yes, but the team must take an out in the 10th batting spot and may use no more than 7 men in the field.
During the regular season, yes. Picking up players from other teams is not allowed in the playoffs.
Games are 7 innings, and no new inning starts after 55 minutes. A game is regulation after 4 innings, or after 30 minutes in inclement weather.

Game time is generally forfeit time, with a 7-minute grace period only for 6:00 PM games. A forfeit win is scored as 10 runs. Three forfeits removes a team from the league.
15 runs after 3 innings, 12 after 4, or 10 after 5.
Extra innings begin with 1 out and a runner on second. Regular-season games are declared a tie after a maximum of 3 extra innings; playoff games continue until there is a winner.
Head-to-head, then run differential capped at 10 runs per game, then coin toss.
